All communication between the instrument and Beckman Coulter is encrypted and in compliance with directives set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Health Organizations (JCAHO).
• Authentication: Beckman Coulter
PROService users are identified using a secure system. Access to the PROService website has two levels of password protection.
• Authorization: user access is customized by user responsibility and location and controlled by the system.
